We acquired the Rock Grove parcel of land which at the time consisted of a derelict garage, planning was achieved by obtaining change of use from commercial to residential. This was added by making clever use of a very difficult triangular plot to achieve a unique but very functional home, that incorporates some fantastic architectural features.

The Rock Grove project required us to pull together a team of experts including planning consultants, party wall surveyors in addition to our usual team of architects and structural engineers, to ensure the project was able to be brought to fruition.
This is a prime example of the level of expertise we a can bring to any project, no matter how small or difficult the circumstances.
