We purchased the Gloucester Road property at an auction in Brighton. It had planning permission for a 2 bedroom property. The development had it challenges due to the tightness of the site and the obstacles surrounding it.
Being creative and thoughtful, we used the bricks from the existing garage to form the internal wall of the lounge area providing that contemporary edge.
