Don't know what to send your prospects or new members?
Here are some example emails you can send to new prospects and members, it really helps to send new members a welcome email as well as calling them to let them know there is a human being behind the website they signed up with. Just copy and paste the following making sure to change the details to your own!

Pending application email
When you get an email from VWD telling you that you have a pending application from someone, this is sent when either:
a) a user goes to your website and starts to fill in the form but then clicks away
b) a user enters their details and the process gets interrupted
c) a user puts all the right details in but there has been an error with their card

The email will show if they attempted to pay or not. Use the following email to follow them up.

This is what you can send to someone that has just joined as a new player. Let them know your contact details and give them a hint about playing for free. This is a good email to send to someone after you have called them to welcome them.

New Affiliate Email
This one needs to be a bit longer, you need to give them links that will be able to provide them with all the information they need in as short a time as possible. Combine this email with the elottery affiliate ecourse and a phone call to let them know you are there.

When you buy the leads, VWD does the rest through the autoresponder system which sends out emails periodically to the leads.
