Welcome to the getting started section. All new Empire Group affiliates will need these things to be able to take part in the training program.

First, get yourself a domain name (a .co.uk or .com).

Some example Empire Group members domain names are:

www.vwd-lottery.biz

Click below to order your domain name, it is important to use this link as it is with a company that allows you to change nameservers. (if you already have a company you use that provides this then you can use them instead).

Domain name search and purchase link (a .co.uk costs 5 GBP for 2 years and a .com costs 15GBP for 2 years)

When you buy your domain name, choose domain only with no hosting and masked forwarding. Put your VWD URL as the page to forward to and then contact your sponsor or Andy to arrange your landing page and hosting.

The forums are a great place to come and post your questions and answers at any time of day and you know it will be answered by someone who knows!. Using the forum regularly can seriously help your business, not only will you be finding out how to do things that actually work but you'll be able to help your own team by pointing them there for answers. (plus it saves having to type out the same thing again and again!)

Arrange your landing page
Contact me to arrange your landing page and hosting so you can start advertising using traffic exchanges and offline flyers.

Register for the main traffic exchanges. This may take a little while but it will be worth it in the end!
  • I Love Hits
    This is a great traffic exchange, it has a large number of active surfers and on a recent experiment I had a deal with the owner to show my page as the first page for every users surfing session. In 2 days my hits exceeded 2000 uniques. Sweet. You have to click the matching shape when the timer goes down.
  • Hitpulse
    This is a swanky site and very easy to use, just click the highest number shown when the timer runs down.
  • Traffic Swarm
    This one takes a little more effort but is worth it, you have to choose an advert and click it, when the timer goes down you click to go back to the list and click one more, when you have clicked them all you can click "go" and see another set of adverts.
  • Traffic Roundup
    This one is super easy, just click the picture that they tell you to.
  • Hit Safari
    This one just needs you to match the animal skin type when the timer goes down
  • Webmaster Quest
    A good exchange for good traffic.
  • Traffic Syndicate 25
    A premiere traffic exchange!
